Varanasi Bomb Blast (Ashwamedha Ghaat/Sheetla ghat-Ganges River)

In the holi city of Varanasi, Tuesday evening witnessed a bomb blast at Ashwamedha Ghat-Sheetla Ghaat near Ganga river. It is reported that a foreigner was injured in the blast including 15 people altogether.

The blast took place when aarti was going on to Ganges river at about 06:35 PM on December,07th 2010.
